Elena has co-founded two startups over the last 16 years. She is currently leading Hubgets, a provider of instant team communication and collaboration platform with clients across the world.
She some inspiring thoughts in the journey of an entrepreneur.
"I would say that the most difficult part in all this journey is not to give up [...] There are a lot of urban myths saying that it’s nice to be a startup founder, to start companies, to do whatever you please every day, but they don’t tell you hard it is."
She also emphasised the role communication with the context of people in a business.
"I think the most important thing is communication - communication with the team members."
